I don't know about you, but I was thrilled with last night's episode. Gio left on his own terms and his departure was definitely left open ended. I don't think that was the last we'll see of Gio. We may not see him soon, but we'll see him again

That said, last night's episode was the best we've seen so far! The writing was witty and sharp and the passion from Freddy Rodriguez was electric. As was the chemistry between Betty and Gio! Here are some clips from last night's episode from ABC.com:

But of course you all knew that already! This is the promo that includes "Vampire" Gio--for all you Twilighters out there. It's a higher quality version of what was posted previously.

Sadly, no sneak peeks yet. But I'm stuck to ABC.com like a mad woman! If any Gio ones are released, I will update them here.

It's that time! The moment that all Getty fans have been waiting for--time for the promo for the Gio heavy episode "Betty Suarez Land." Speculation on just what will be going down in this episode has run rampant in our forum and the theories have been all over the place. But the one thing that is firm in almost all of them is that some well deserved anger would be Gio's right. And it looks like we might get what we're wanting.

I have been waiting all month to feature this fan vid. It is definitely one of the absolute best Getty vids there is!

And it is also an excellent way to relive some of the best Betty and Gio moments from all of S2 from beginning to end. It is essentially a chronology of Getty. There really isn't much to say because, quite frankly, the vid says all that needs to be said all on it's own. It truly is fantastic! I hope you enjoy today's Fan vid spotlight!

I am so sorry that I've missed out on a week of Fan Vid spotlights! Hurricane Ike and the resulting chaos at work have thrown me off track. But now I'm back on and bringing you another wonderful fan vid.

Getty love is truly international and so it goes without saying that you'll find some wonderful fan vids in other languages. Today's fan vid features the song Quisiera Ser by Alejandro Sanz. I love the way the clips used highlight the lyrics to the song (which the vid creator subtitled in English)--especially love the lyric/clip pairing at 2:15. Enjoy!
